Guardian Drive is for safety driving not monitoring tool. We utilize Apple’s *FamilyControls*, *ManagedSettings*, and *DeviceActivity* frameworks to provide parental oversight without compromising the child’s personal data privacy.
App Usage Data:We do not collect, store, or transmit any data regarding specific apps used by the child, browsing history, or screen content to our servers. All app shielding and activity are processed locally on the device. We only receive high-level tokens to enforce restrictions.
GPS/Location & Speed: To provide real-time tracking and overspeed alerts, GPS location and speed data are collected only after the user grants permission and only for providing real-time driving safety features. This information is never sold to third parties. This is used solely for the Parent/user Dashboard and is never shared with third parties.
Seamless & Secure Access:To ensure the highest level of security for parental/user accounts, we utilize Single Sign-On (SSO) and Social Login (e.g., Sign in with Apple, Google).
Verification:We use OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS or Email to verify identity. We do not store your social media passwords.
Operational Logs: Location data is kept only for the period required to support trip tracking on the parent side.
Account Life-Cycle: Your account data, including linked SSO identifiers, is maintained until you choose to delete your account. Upon deletion, all authentication tokens and child safety logs are permanently purged from our servers.
Guardian Drive uses Apple’s Family Controls, Managed Settings and Device Activity frameworks. The application does not collect or transmit the child’s app usage history, website history, or screen activity logs to our servers. All Screen Time enforcement occurs locally on the child’s device.
a) Subscription Options & Duration: We offer two auto-renewable subscription options:
7-Day Free Trial for new users. No payment during trial.
Subscription auto-renews after 7 days. Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when purchasing. Cancel anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Paid plan required to continue after trial.
b) Pricing: Subscription prices are clearly displayed within the application prior to purchase and inside the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the Apple App Store and may vary by region.
c) Payment: Payment will be charged to user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
d) Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
e) Subscription Management: You can manage, turn off auto-renewal, or cancel your subscription at any time after purchase by going to your device settings: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
f) Universal Access: Your subscription is linked to your Guardian Drive account. Once upgraded to Premium, your active status and child device profiles automatically sync across all authorized devices where you log in.
g) Privacy in Billing: Guardian Drive does not collect, process, or store your credit card or billing information on our servers. All financial transactions and payment processing are handled exclusively by Apple.
In accordance with Apple’s policies, our subscription supports Family Sharing, allowing one “Parent” subscription to cover up to 4 child devices under the same household.
All In-App Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. For refund requests, please refer to Apple’s official support channels. Guardian Drive does not directly manage billing or issue refunds.
